TASMA Aviation Training is a product of Tasma Life Balance and was founded in 2018 by Diederika Tasma in Bern-Belp in Switzerland. Tasma Life Balance itself is specialised on trauma, anxiety (included fear of flying), and stress management as well as burnout prevention, mental training and mindfulness.
