With this new and unique pilot support, we accompany you in all areas of personal development, so that you can find and realise your personal, professional, and private goals.
Various effective neuro-based short-term methodes and mental training are combined to achieve a quick and sustainable change.
Our main goal is to assist you to stay mentally and physically healthy, to prevent and reduce stress (without talk therapy) and to keep your licenses for flying safely and successfully.

Those with * are only available at the TASMA Aviation Training Centre in Bern-Belp (Switzerland) or on-site on request.
Duration of a coaching session: The number and duration of the pilot support sessions are strongly dependent on the topic being worked on. In most cases, 2–5 sessions are ideal to achieve a lasting change. Our coaching sessions have no fixed schedule, as it is always adapted to the needs of the individual. The content and process of the coaching session can be discussed in a free online information call.
Language: English, German, or Dutch.
Number of participants: One person with individual supervision.
Venue: TASMA Aviation Training – c/o Tasma Life Balance (at the Campagne Oberried), Seftigenstrasse 118, 3123 Berne-Belp, Switzerland and online. Other location and on-site support on request.
Requirements for online participation: PC, notebook, or tablet with microphone and webcam, as well as access to a good Wi-Fi connection. Online coaching is currently taking place via the free ZOOM software.

TASMA® Pilot Support Programme
Our pilot support does not have a set process as it is always adapted to the needs of the individual.
We usually start the support like this:
Step 1: Initial session (getting to know each other, anamnesis, discussion of topics, planning of your TASMA® Pilot Support)
Step 2: Start of the collaboration
Step 3: Individual pilot support according to your specific needs
The content and process of the coaching can be discussed in a free telephone consultation.
Participation fee & services TASMA® Pilot Support
Price for pilot support: CHF 140.– per person / 60 minutes, including:
- A free online information call
- Individual face-to-face support
- Catering (water, coffee or tea)
- Free pick-up service from the Belp train station / Bern Airport if you arrive by public transport
