That being said, if you are facing sleeping problems, you are not the only one who struggles with it.

In our Pilot Fatigue Coaching your personal coach will support you to reduce fatigue, sleep disorder, and jet lag. Together we will work on improving your performance, mental fitness, and stress resilience within a short period of time. In our Pilot Fatigue Coaching package, we use short-term & scientifically researched methods to reduce your pilot fatigue sustainability. Most efficient is the Pilot Fatigue Coaching, if you are face-to-face with your coach on-site. We use the special muscle testing techniques, that allow us to go over the 10% conscious brain area and work with almost 100% of your brain capacity. This way we get much more information about why your mind and body have difficulties with sleeping. Your coach will then use highly efficient «short-term» interventions to reduce your fatigue and increase your overall well-being.

All content and exercises are based on facts from sleep medicine, psychology, coaching, and international sleep training. 
Those with * are only available at the TASMA Aviation Training Centre in Bern-Belp (Switzerland).

Duration of a pilot fatigue coaching session: 90 minutes per session. The number of sessions depends heavily on the sleep topic being addressed. In most cases, 2-5 sessions are ideal to achieve lasting change. The content and process of the coaching session can be discussed in a free online information call.

Language: English, German, or Dutch.

Number of participants:
One person with individual supervision.

Venue: TASMA Aviation Training – c/o Tasma Life Balance (at the Campagne Oberried), Seftigenstrasse 118, 3123 Berne-Belp, Switzerland and online. Other location and on-site support on request.

Requirements for online participation: PC, notebook, or tablet with microphone and webcam, as well as access to a good Wi-Fi connection. Online coaching is currently taking place via the free ZOOM software.

Our Fatigue Coaching does not have a set process as it is always adapted to the needs of the individual.
We usually start the support like this:

Step 1: Initial session (getting to know each other, anamnesis, discussion of topics, planning of your pilot fatigue coaching)
Step 2: Start the collaboration
Step 3: Individual pilot fatigue coaching according to your specific needs

The content and process of the coaching can be discussed in a free telephone consultation.
